Shipping & Returns

Shipping is typically made through USPS First Class mail unless the order is over 13 oz. then Priority mail is usually preferred. For small orders, or very heavy orders we reserve the right to look for more cost effective options to better serve our customers and our business. If you need any special handling or super speedy shipping please contact us and we will strive to meet your needs. Insurance is available for selection upon checkout. If you opt to not purchase insurance and your package is lost or arrives damaged we can not replace or refund your merchandise.

International customers outside Canada must contact before purchase as shipping cost varies greatly between countries. We like to give you an accurate shipping quote, instead of grossly overcharging. If you are in Canada and wish to purchase insurance for your package you will need to also contact us directly for your shipping quote. International customers are solely responsible for any duty or tarriffs billed to you by your country in addition to your order.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We can only use the information you provide us for shipping. Should your address be incorrect and the package comes back to us, you will be responsible for the second shipping charges to reship to the correct address. If you choose not to pay the second shipping your merchandise will be donated to a local school, children's organization, or other charities.

All About Ribbon strives to provide the best possible products for our customers.  However if your order is received defective or if we shipped you the wrong item(s) you are welcome to return them.  Please submit your Return Request via email to customerservice@allaboutribbon.com An e-mailed photograph of what you received and why, you feel, your order was not fulfilled as promised will help in making sure our quality control remains a top priority.

 

 

 

We will then issue you an RA# electronically.  This number must be marked clearly on the returned shipping box so that our receiving department can process it with minimal delay.

 

 

 

Return Shipping is always the responsibility of the customer.  We will ship your replacement at no additional cost to you.

Returns without the RA# on the label will be refused.

 

 

 

Refused items will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense and the item(s) will no longer be eligible for return or exchange. Return shipping must be paid by the customer via credit card or PayPal within 14 days of notification. If the return shipping and handling is not paid within 14 days, the customer will forfeit the item(s) and it will be considered a donation.

 

 

 

Returns will be for exchange only.  However if what you want is no longer available, and an adequate substitute cannot be agreed on, then the management will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the original ordered item.  Sorry folks but we will not refund your shipping.
